Celebrating Our People, Customers and Partners at the 2026 Nucleus3 Gala Dinner
An evening dedicated to the relationships that drive better outcomes

At Nucleus3, we believe great outcomes are never achieved alone. They are built through strong partnerships, shared expertise and the commitment of exceptional people working together towards a common goal.
That philosophy was at the heart of our 2026 Nucleus3 Gala Dinner, where our consultants, customers, technology partners and industry leaders gathered at the iconic State Library Victoria to celebrate another year of collaboration, innovation and shared success.
Held in one of Melbourne's most prestigious venues, the evening provided an opportunity to pause, reflect on what we have achieved together, recognise the people who make it possible, and look ahead to the exciting opportunities that lie ahead.
Celebrating what matters most
While projects, technology and innovation are central to what we do, people remain the foundation of every successful outcome.
The Gala Dinner was a celebration of the relationships that continue to shape the Nucleus3 Group, from the trust our customers place in us, to the expertise of our consultants and the strength of our partner ecosystem.
Together, these relationships enable us to deliver consulting, professional services, digital transformation and smart utility solutions that create lasting value for organisations and the communities they serve.
An unforgettable venue
Guests enjoyed an exclusive evening within the historic State Library Victoria, beginning with welcome drinks and networking in the magnificent Marble Entry Hall before moving into the world-renowned La Trobe Reading Room for canapés and champagne.
The evening continued in the spectacular Ian Potter Queen's Hall, where guests shared a three-course dinner while reflecting on the achievements of the past year and the exciting future ahead.
The setting provided the perfect backdrop for meaningful conversations, reconnecting with colleagues and celebrating the partnerships that continue to strengthen the Nucleus3 Group.
Recognising our people
Our success is built on the knowledge, dedication and passion of our people.
The evening recognised the outstanding contributions of consultants, delivery teams, support staff and leaders across the Nucleus3 Group, whose commitment continues to help our customers navigate complex business and technology challenges with confidence.
Events like these remind us that while technology continues to evolve, trusted relationships and exceptional people remain the greatest differentiators.
Thank you to everyone involved
A special thank you goes to Geoff Tranáh for the months of planning and coordination that brought the evening together, along with the outstanding team at the State Library Victoria and the exceptional hospitality provided by The Big Group.
We also extend our sincere thanks to our leadership team, including Neil Dickson, Alana Geraets Chong, Bronwyn Fox, Ted Turner and the many others whose dedication continues to drive the growth and success of the Nucleus3 Group.
Most importantly, thank you to every consultant, customer, partner and guest who joined us to celebrate this special occasion.
Your trust, collaboration and ongoing support are what make our continued success possible.
Looking ahead
As the Nucleus3 Group continues to grow through our specialist businesses—including N3 Edge, N3 Evolve and InteliEON—we remain focused on delivering meaningful outcomes for our customers across Australia and New Zealand.
Whether we're helping utilities modernise essential infrastructure, supporting organisations through digital transformation or delivering specialist consulting services, our purpose remains unchanged:
Bringing together great people, trusted partnerships and practical expertise to create lasting value.
The Gala Dinner was more than a celebration of the past year—it was a reminder of what we can achieve together.
We look forward to building on these partnerships and continuing to support our customers, partners and communities for many years to come.
